We are seeing an increase in spoofed phone calls pretending to be our organization. Scammers may falsify caller ID to make it appear as if the call is coming from us. We will never ask for passwords or usernames over the phone. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact us directly using the number listed on our official website.
If you bank at one of our Shared Branch locations, a teller can now identify and authenticate a member in the branch using a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification. This additional layer of Authentication, called IDcheck, will be used for loan payments, cashier’s checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.
